Typically, it takes approximately 30 – 45 days from customer order to equipment delivery. The specific time will be affected by many factors, such as equipment preparation, transportation method, customs clearance process in the destination country, etc. We will maintain close communication with customers throughout the entire process, promptly inform customers of project progress, and ensure that equipment can be delivered to customers on time.

We have a professional export team who is familiar with the trade policies and export regulations of various countries. We will be responsible for handling the export license, customs declaration, commodity inspection and other related procedures for the equipment. During the processing process, we will work closely with the customer to provide the required documents and information to ensure the smooth processing of export procedures. At the same time, we will also provide relevant consultation and guidance to customers to help them understand the export process and precautions.

Every second-hand excavator undergoes a comprehensive inspection by professional appraisers before acquisition, including key components such as engine performance, hydraulic system, chassis, and working equipment. Only equipment that meets our high standards will be acquired. Before export, we will re-test and debug the equipment to ensure its stable performance and good operation. In addition, we can provide detailed inspection reports and maintenance records of the equipment so that customers have a clear understanding of the quality status of the equipment.
